To support the sustainable growth of the Data Centre Solutions (DCS), primarily the Project Business primarily UK and Nordics,
Supporting the DCS EMEA Project Director to ensure projects are delivered in line with the CBRE DCS EMEA QHSE framework, local legislation and in as risk free a manner as is reasonably practicable.
Supporting the DCS Divisional QHSE Director in the development and implementation of the DCS EMEA QHSE Framework
Providing support to Project Teams in the implementation of the risk management system
Regularly collating and analysing data from several sources and platforms for internal reports
Undertaking internal QHSE audits across Project Portfolio in EMEA
Complete of Site Visits during mobilisation for new sites and Major Projects across EMEA.
Complete site tours and inspections periodically across EMEA.
Undertaking timely and comprehensive accident, incident and near-miss investigations
Liaising with 'in-country' QHSE and Project Specialists to ensure projects are compliant with local legislation
Attending project meetings to support the Project Team
Working with the DCS QHSE Team and DCS Risk Champions network on key initiatives
Review all QHSE Documentation for Projects to ensure compliance with local legislation and best practises.
Producing regular internal communications regarding risk management across the Projects business
Leading by example to promote the behaviours and values of CBRE and our clients
Attending and supporting industry related seminars, events and exhibitions.
Delivering QHSE risk management training to internal employees
Upskill and support Project Managers in delivering projects safety
Engage with Supply chain to ensure QHSE Compliance with CBRE processes and procedures
Engage in Pre-Sales activities, Mid Tender Interviews & Post tender Interviews collation of QHSE documentation for Tender presentations etc.
Accountabilities This position reports directly to the DCS Divisional QHSE Director (EMEA), with a 'dotted line' to the EMEA Projects Director. The role with sit within and be supported by the DCS EMEA QHSE Team. The role is primarily Projects focused and will also contribute to the work and objectives of wider DCS QHSE team. No direct reports but matrix management of others within the wider business will be required.

Internationally recognised Construction Safety Card (e.g. CSCS Card)
Membership to HSE professional body
Formal qualification in environmental management
Formal qualification in quality management
Data centre management qualifications
Experience of managing QHSE in Construction Project delivery
Understanding of the practical application of relevant construction legislation across EMEA Countries (e.g. CDM 2015)
Experience with QHSE Management Systems
Experience undertaking QHSE audits and inspections
Experience undertaking incident investigations
Experience working within large corporate environments
Experience with data centres and/or the data centre industry
Essential - Fluent English
Desirable - Advanced Dutch, French, German, Spanish
