Job Description

The Propositions Manager will create and build our Security propositions roadmap to deliver the customer-facing proof points that showcase our flagship security portfolio. You'll also identify and deliver enhancements to our portfolio to continually improve the experience for customers in our target markets.

You'll develop our customer security narrative by translating and harnessing our technology improvements into proposition strategies which can be executed in market to make a real difference for our customers across Vodafone Business. Your work will be underpinned by customer and market insights and the definition of target audiences.

With us you will:

  • Identify and map out GTM strategies for key customer segments within the Vodafone Business Customer Portfolio.

  • As a member of the wider Go To Market Team consistently lead the development of propositions which deliver for our customers and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Develop strategies to engage and align with stakeholders to ensure they provide appropriate levels of support throughout the design and implementation processes.

  • Lead the insight effort to clearly identify, articulate and track attitudes and perceptions of our customers.

  • Build customer propositions which incorporate our products, services and channels into solutions which can be easily and effectively articulated and communicated to our customers.

  • Work supportively/collaboratively with colleagues in Vodafone Business to ensure sharing of best practice and effective co-ordination of activities.

  • Take responsibility for the development of relevant staff training concepts and content.

Candidate Description

  • Thorough understanding of the security market, including working within a proposition and/or product role directly related to this market

  • Exceptional influencing skills, and a proven track record in driving business results where your personal impact can be evidenced

  • Track record of insight-led product or proposition development, where you put the customer at the heart of the change.

  • Experience of building and managing collaborative plans which depend on multiple adjacent teams to be successful eg. Brand, marketing, partner management, retention, sales, digital etc.
