Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting - planning, designing, managing, and implementing all necessary activities to manage the successful execution of small to medium size project(s). They will also be responsible for indirect leadership and support of a team of project resources across multiple departments and business units, being responsible for the delivery of allocated projects within budget and to agreed programme ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are met and managing all external/internal resources required for the successful completion of each project. Role Summary:

  • Full Self-Delivery of Infrastructure Projects in London ranging in value from £50k-£2M

  • PMO responsibilities for assigned projects in EMEA include managing and maintaining the project plans, assist in business requirement review, assembling cross functional teams, managing scope, and actively managing resources, costs, quality, and risk

  • Managing day-to-day execution of project implementations, documentations, and status updates for the project(s)

  • Managing and implementation of project procurement strategies to deliver in timely manner multiple projects across EMEA

  • Managing communications and risk strategies for all assigned projects in EMEA and deliver projects with in-country legal compliance and zero accidents

  • Ensuring project metrics are reported in various applications, maintaining financial governance and close out of all financial and non-financial project related matters

  • Assisting and managing preparation of Project Scope, Budgets and Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM's)

  • Project Vendor Management of designers, consultants, and contractors and internal CBRE variable in-country Project Management resources

  • Adherence to account Critical Asset Management processes and reporting requirements including Change Control Requests

  • Preparation and execution of consultancy and construction contracts for projects across EMEA

Candidate Description

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with an emphasis on construction or M&E services or related field with minimum four years of related experience and/or training

  • Previous Project Manager experience particularly in delivering Services (M&E & PH) projects in Critical Environments and within the Banking sector

  • Certification(s) in PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers whilst effectively presenting information

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications including: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and MS Project

  • Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction

  • Exercise project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills

  • Commercial and/or legal experience with regards to consultancy and/or construction contracts and to act as the Employer's Agent and/or the Contract Administrator
