The role will join our Future In-Store team and work on designing what the future of shopping looks like. With a service design thinking, strong UI skills and an appreciation for ergonomics, you will be covering the re-design of our self-checkout interfaces, a highly used digital touch point, with further integration of Nectar, our loyalty program. You will be involved in taking Luna (our design system) to the next level through in-store touch screen experiences as well as thinking about the wider customer experience within in-store.
You will be working with engineers and product as well as spending time in store with our staff and will get the support of other designers to coordinate the full user experience within a physical shopping environment - looking for improvements and the alleviation of pain points at every stage.
