As Portfolio Manager you'll lead and empower a team of project managers and will have overall responsibility for the delivery of projects. You'll develop a highly collaborative approach to deliver projects on time and to budget, with high client satisfaction. You'll use your experience to identify potential risks and will provide appropriate problem-solving guidance to address any challenges. This is a home based / remote role with travel.

Candidate Description

We are looking for a talented Portfolio Manager ideally with experience in a Contact Centre environment. We do ask that you have experience in leading and motivating a team in a flexibly resourced people environment. You should have demonstratable extensive, successful and in-depth project management capability with evidence of excellent project management knowledge, techniques and approaches. Commercially aware, you will have a good understanding of risk acuity and be able to as easily identify with business issues and proactively manage risks and commercial exposure.
