As our brand new Operations Support Team Member, your role will be split into the following:
Provide administrative support for the appraisal and grievance procedure.
Ensure all new candidates have the correct RTW/ ID and have a clear picture taken before submitting their files to the screening team.
Ensure all shifts, holidays, sicknesses and absences are covered by efficiently rostering core, relief and casual security staff.
Support Deputy and Branch Managers to carry out interviews and make hires.
Be the first point of contact for all security staff, helping them with all of their queries.
Training & Development
Ensure all assignment instructions, site documentation is up to date.
Ensure that training courses are arranged to meet service level agreements.
Ensure accuracy of all operational data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, taking action where needed.
Engage with clients and visiting client sites when needed.
Cover client sites if and when needed.
Set up new contracts on the system
Support other branches if need be and support functions by sharing best practice.
Must have a full clean driving licence
Excellent IT skills
Excellent customer service, administration, people skills, time management and organisational skills.
Ability to manage a diverse workload with minimal supervision.
