Person SpecificationCity & Guilds/ONC in an Electrical or Mechanical FieldExperience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectificationExperience in the mechanical and electrical aspects of general building PPM schedulesExperience in building management systemsFull UK Driving licenceExperience in working a variable day work in engineering tasks covering a range of locations, with the flexibility to cover additional tasks as required by the business, e.g. to cover sickness/holidayExcellent customer service skills, encompassing a positive u2018can dou2019 attitudeProactive approach in seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement and changeGood written, innumeracy and verbal skillsAbility to assess relevant information accuratelyPlanning, organisational and time management skillsAbility to multi-taskSelf-motivated with a methodical approach to workSense of pride in appearance and approach to workApproachable team player, able to work with colleagues and clients alike
