Job objectives and responsibilitiesu2022 Act as a representative of Mitie carrying out work as detailed by the Risk Assessment Manager/Supervisor.u2022 Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customers and work colleagues.u2022 To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.u2022 To support business growth and retain existing customers.u2022 Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Risk Assessment Manager/Supervisor.u2022 Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the Risk Assessment Manager/Supervisor.u2022 Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice.u00a0Main dutiesu2022 To undertake legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the latest version of the Approved Codeu00a0of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition) and its associated technical guidance documents of HSG274 and the Britishu00a0standard code of practice for Risk assessing, BS8580-1 2019. Also, the Health Technical Memorandum 04-01: Safeu00a0Water in Healthcare Premises.u2022 Carrying out legionella risk assessments manually and electronicallyu2022 Provide technical support where required.u2022 Ensure that Legionella Risk Assessments paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned withinu00a0agreed timescales.u2022 Where required, attend risk assessment review meetings with Clients.u2022 You may be required, from time to time, to carry out other operational work to ensure that contractualu00a0commitments are met.
