As a Marketing Automation Developer, this person should have strong background in implementing and developing Marketing Automation solutions at scale. This person should be the most technical marketing automation user on the team but also strong demand generation skill using a variety of technologies and platform. This person should have deep knowledge and understanding of automation tool, CRM and how all these systems working together.

· To configure the campaign, test and launch the solution within the tool. Building automated campaign, reporting, and list segmentation. · Working closely with the strategic team to understand requirements and technical specifications for fast delivery on shorter go-to-market timelines · Creating in-depth test plans to make sure all possible scenarios are tested properly before deployment · Understanding the end-to-end experience of emails and forms/landing pages from creation to deployment and reporting · Troubleshoot the technical challenges and problems, design and implement the solutions to overcome challenges · Working with vendor, development teams and the business to find resolutions · Manage the marketing lead database and ensure data hygiene, data quality · Build nurture programs to enhance the customers' experience at different stages of customer journey. · Continuously evaluate and make improvement in the solution and the process by leveraging data and real-time insights. · Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and adhere to the SLAs.

Candidate Description

We are looking for person who gets under the hood of the marketing automation platform and CRM systems. This person should understand how to get different technologies to work well together. It's also critically important that this person understands how to apply technology to support a business process and campaign workflows., · Must have minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Automation · 4-5 years of experience in marketo platform · 1- Web development and digital design skills (HTML at a minimum). Understanding and ability to write java script. · Experience working with the Marketo APIs. · Hands on experience with languages such as PHP, Python, Java, .net, etc. & tools like MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server, etc. · Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy, meet tight deadlines using strong multitasking and organizational skills · Strong analytical skills and attention to details. · Manage Reporting, lead database within the tool. · Experience on working within large/complex matrix structured enterprise organizations · Excellent Communication, · Hands on experience with Tableau will be a plus.
