  1. Supervision of the site team in accordance with CBRE, Procedures and Policies.
    1. Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant and Equipment and Services.
    2. Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9002 Quality Management System.
    3. Assisting with and participating in the Call Out System.
    4. Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear).
    5. Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team.
    6. Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the site team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved using the CAFM system.
    7. Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices, ensure all SLA are meant.

Candidate Description

  • At least two years at a similar level or equivalent.

  • Excellent knowledge of the operation of Mechanical & Electrical services and plant.

  • Ability to interrogate and operate BMS systems

  • Knowledge of current technical standards in relation to Fire Alarm Systems, Generators, Electrical Services, HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment.

  • Knowledge of business-critical services i.e. UPS and Comms Rooms etc.

  • Knowledge of Lifts and associated services

  • Working in a "services supply partnership"

  • Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Education: Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline Completion of a recognised technical training scheme. Training:

  • Apprenticeship (or equivalent programme) in Electrical Engineering.

  • A minimum of City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.

  • 18th Edition IEE Regs

  • HVAP (AP15) Qualification

  • Permit to Work

  • IOSH Managing Safely

  • Highfield Level 2 Legionella awareness hot & cold systems and evaporative cooling systems

  • Competent with office software applications i.e. Email, word processing, Excel etc. Experience:
