To provide HR business partnering to a defined area of one of Vodafone's business units. Supports HR Head or the HR Director for the functional area, partnering with members of the functional leadership team. Inputs into and supports the execution of the people and organisational plans with a focus on organisation effectiveness, talent management, and building leadership capabilities
With us you will:
Support business managers in defining, developing and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy. Ensures that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.
Be accountable for the delivery of the annual people calendar activities within functional area
Input to and implement the business area's Talent & Capability strategy. Drive pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerates high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
Continually challenge the business, supporting transformation projects that improve organisation, team and individual effectiveness including organisational effectiveness & design, organisation capability & talent management.
Provide feedback and coaching to the business area's management team to improve leadership capability, and ensure all leaders & people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement
Advocate & support the use of the HR operating model, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service.
Proactively manage the HR Business Partner supplier interfaces to ensure a seamless customer experience
Commercially savvy / good depth of business understanding
HR experience; generalist and /or specialist
Strong relationship, communication & coaching skills
Analytical, intellectual capacity to learn very quickly
Experience of large matrixed blue-chip organisations preferable
