Sodexo have created a new 12 month contract for a HR Administrator. This opportunity is based at our Wythenshawe Hospital site and may require some time worked from our sister site based in Central Manchester. This varied and exciting operational role will really enhance your career. You'll have oversight on employee relations, change management and HR insights.,

  • To provide a full HR administrative support for MFT to include filing, typing letters, arranging meetings and minute taking at HR related meetings

  • To carry out general administrative duties

  • Taking minutes

  • Support the right to work process - reviewing reports and escalating all non-compliance issues

  • Conduct regular HR Audits

  • Preparation of HR related letters

  • Liaising with union representatives in order to set up meetings

  • Provide various HR related reports on a monthly basis for the Senior HRBP to review.

  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and shared with the agreed distribution group

  • Responsible for the daily Covid absence tracking across MFT

  • Responsible for tracking risk assessments

  • Support with all project-based activities

Candidate Description

  • Computer literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint to at least intermediate level or above

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to prioritise and carry out instructions

  • Diplomatic

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality of output

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to communicate at all levels in a confident manner

  • Ability to act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change

  • A team player
