The role covers the UK and will include travel for monthly / quarterly meetings with Business Director, Operations Team and Branch Managers.,
Identify new contract opportunities and bidding successfully
Drive sales through personal networking and partner outreach
Ensuring the business is well represented at key meetings
Developing the private funded sales pipeline
Initiate new referral partnerships meetings each week
Liaising with the Finance department to ensure profitability goes together with volume growth and bids are accurately valued and appraised
To propose new market opportunities
Ensuring the Operations team, the Recruitment team, the Clinical team and the branch team are aware of new bids and are working together to mobilised
Support the branch network expansion with a robust rollout plan which includes working with all funding methods
Delivering presentations to key target audiences, seminars, and exhibitions
Organise attendance as a delegate at key care related exhibitions and seminars where applicable
Produce monthly Board reports to update on performance against agreed KPIs
Ensure the business is informed of competitor updates and identify opportunities to develop new services and new partnerships
Advise and support on annual client charge rate reviews
Ensure all data capture is useful, relevant and GDPR compliant
