Right now, have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Operative to join our team of essential workers and help us to make a positive difference to the environment we all live in.
The role will see you take responsibility to carry out a range of landscape tasks including: grass-cutting, shrub-pruning, hedge-cutting, planting, weed control, minor sports maintenance tasks, drive a vehicle and use a range of equipment to deliver the horticultural standards that meet the requirements of the Contract Specification.

We are looking to hear from candidates who are passionate, enthusiastic and strive to give the best possible service. You will be a self-starter who is self-motivated who is willing to go the extra mile when required.
As you will at times be driving a vehicle, you must have a clean Driving Licence, show a keen interest in horticulture and it's desirable that you have prior experience of grounds or a similar environment.
Whilst not essential, it would be of benefit if you had either an NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture or equivalent.
