Job Description

  • Management/coordination of the central Fleet Mailbox.

  • Support for telephone queries/ directing to correct colleague/ supplier

  • General administrative support to the wider Fleet team as required.

  • Administration of Telematics system and reporting

  • Support fuel card administration

  • Support the administration for TMC mileage submissions

  • Support administration requirements for Fleet projects

  • Lead administration to improve the Discount Diesel utilisation

  • Mentor colleagues within the Administration team

  • Support the administration team in the absence of the Fleet Admin Manager

  • Understand and support the administration of parking accounts, Tolls & Congestion accounts

  • Support with delivering the Fleet SLA's & KPI's relating to administration processes

  • Understand the fines administration process and support when required, The work required to be completed by this role will include daily/ weekly repetitive admin tasks

Candidate Description

  • Educated to "GCSE" level or equivalent professional experience / qualifications.

    · Able to demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    · Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

    · Experience in an Administrative role where attention to detail and efficiency are key considerations.

    · Able to demonstrate the ability to follow structured ways of working and to learn how to operate new processes and systems.

    · Willingness to undertake a wide range of Fleet activities, develop skills and knowledge through both formal and informal learning routes and be flexible in all aspects of the Fleet function.

    · Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
