Personal SpecificationMust have previous experience in high quality customer service and service deliveryKnowledge of statutory compliance and standards essentialExperience of agile working operations desirableClear, confident communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both written and verbalMinimum of IOSH Managing Safely CertificationGood report writing skills and computer literacy u2013 Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of financial managementAnalytical thinker and demonstrable problem solving skillsPrevious people management experienceMinimum of 5 yearsu2019 experience in senior management role/sExperience of working in a medium to large scale FM contract for a large organisation including diverse portfolioTeam player with an enthusiastic and flexible attitude with a pro-active approachSelf-motivated and creativeGood relationship and stakeholder management
