Job objectives and responsibilitiesu2022 The maintenance of engineering service and fabric related issues on the Contract.u2022 The identification of additional works, and implementing on authorisation.Main dutiesu2022 Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services and fabric as required.u2022 Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric as requiredu2022 Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.u2022 Complete electronic systemsu00a0for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative.u2022 Advise Client/Line Managementu00a0of minor additional works and compile estimates through the quotes process.u2022 Attend call outs/breakdowns, carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required.u2022 Be flexible in orderu00a0to carry out necessary works outside normal hoursu2022 Pro-actively demonstrate and work to the Companyu2019s values of People, Passion, Fresh Thinking and Exciting Futuresu2022 Ensure self carries out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures, Codes of Practice and Statutory Regulationsu2022 Ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standard of customer service and that work is completed on time, within budget and meets Service Level Agreements or Key Performance Indicatorsu2022 To monitor regular inspection procedures (preventative maintenance programme) of equipment.u00a0 Record inspection reportsu2022 To keep logs of inspection reports and remedial worku2022 Build effective relationships with the client, answering queries, keeping them informed about site activities and developmentsu2022 To have working knowledge of statutory regulations and to ensure awareness of all safety proceduresu2022 To undertake building fabric repairs and installations as appropriateu2022 To report any defects at time of service visitu2022 To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on timeu2022 To understand and comply with company policies and proceduresu2022 To carry out work in a safe and diligent manneru2022 To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as requiredu2022 To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as requiredu2022 To work additional hours in line with any reasonable requestu2022 To be able to work both as an individual and as a team player
