Job Description

  • Serve as the client's single point of contact with accountability for all service lines including facilities management (FM), transaction management (TM), project management (PJM) and real estate strategy

  • Assist and support the Global Integration Leader and CBRE management team in managing all aspects of service provider performance

  • This position will focus on the client's real estate service delivery in the EMEA region, to manage the real estate portfolio and regional relationships within the clients corporate Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) group

  • The Operations Director acts as a highly collaborative partner, assisting Tier 1 service delivery managers to drive execution on approved real estate strategies and business operations by Tier 2 suppliers

Candidate Description

  • 10 Years of related experience in real estate strategy, research, consulting and/or development

  • Experience managing in cross functional, multi-company organisations as a consultant or corporate manager

  • Possesses strong experience in managing a diverse workforce

  • Fosters a strong service-orientation and an "advisory role" in client relationships; Has strong understanding of industry and demonstrates knowledge/capabilities in the areas of financial analysis, business administration, legal, human resources, ethical practices, marketing, and business development

  • Demonstrates the ability to think strategically and to synthesise the business and financial data; Utilises an entrepreneurial approach and develops innovative solutions

  • People management and leadership of large teams in complex, cross border environment

  • Coaching upwards of more senior people and history of achieving results through others

  • Major account management experience including responsibility for client relationships, service levels, solution development and revenue targets

  • Commercially astute, able to operate at board level

  • Desire to work as part of a Global team and knowledge of languages is preferable
