Job Description

To manage and have responsibility for the development and growth of CBRE's Dilapidations and Decommissioning offering within the Super Regions falling outside of London & South East. The principal objective is to give this service line dedicated focus in each super region in order to actively seek an increase in opportunities, promote our capabilities and profile in the external market and drive growth. Ideally there will be a focus in increasing CBRE's market share of dilapidations acting for Landlords as well as the industrial sector. The role will also require the individual to deliver or lead some of the more complex and high value dilapidations cases throughout the Super Regions., Client Focus - Client Commercial Knowledge

  • Assesses trends in the commercial environment (eg global and local economic, political, market and regulatory) and anticipates developments and their impact.

Candidate Description

  • Leading/Expert Surveyor in the Dilapidations field of Surveying with the experience to take on and develop a team of Dilapidation Surveyors.,

  • The candidate must have an excellent understanding of Dilapidations.

  • Have excellent business development skills in order to develop the Service Line.

  • General IT skills with a good knowledge of the Microsoft IT Suite.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • An ability to work within a team with good social skills.

  • Willingness to travel in the UK to deliver presentations and develop business for the Service Line.

  • Holder of full UK Driving Licence.
