  • Maintaining and monitoring the Customer Care systems

  • Responding to customer queries, including complaints, in an appropriate manner both verbally and in writing, including composing suitable responses to resolve issues

  • Carrying out other general administration tasks as required

  • Escalating any concerning complaint trends or serious complaints

Candidate Description

Our Customer Care team are available to contact via phone, email, social and through our website between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Saturdays and 8am-4pm on Sundays. We pride ourselves on responding to customers in a fast & friendly manner and going above and beyond to turn their experience around.,

  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and passionate about delivering the Best Customer Service

  • Previous experience of complaints resolution is desirable, although not essential

  • Great attention to detail whilst working at pace and the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent written (with good spelling, punctuation and grammar)

  • Professional and polite telephone manner

  • Computer literate - with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Capable of delivering a creative solution to problem solving
