We are looking for an all-rounder with administration, leadership and coordination capabilities to join our contract mobilisation team in the Midlands.

Our contract mobilisation team ensure the seamless mobilisation (movement of newly awarded contracts from award to go-live) of cleaning services within a client contract, ensuring continuity of services from mobilisation /transition to operational phase.

Your role will include a range of support for our team, from coordinating the recruitment of new cleaning personnel (selecting CV's, interviewing prospective candidates and offering jobs roles) to providing day-one support, induction into the business, safety checks and health and safety training in readiness for the commencement of the contract at the given site.

Starting ASAP and will be a remotely based role providing lots of autonomy, with significant levels of travel, mobilising contracts within the Midlands.,

  • Overseeing, coordinating and supporting anything needed to ensure the smooth implementation of our cleaning services for new sites (and demobilisation of those contracts about to end) including recruitment of personnel, inductions for new staff and Health and Safety Training

  • You will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and reporting on mobilisation /demobilisation activities

  • Undertaking due diligence and complete a check all data and buildings ensuring cost models reflect actuals and delivery

  • You will work with supply chain to ensure all our cleaning services are in place from day 1

  • Develop clear reports, detailing progress against plan and provide early warnings to key stakeholders on-risk during the mobilisation process

  • Advise if a site is safety compliant and support the onboarding and one to one process for employees transferring into the organisation, providing support and delivery of both training and inductions

Candidate Description

  • Must be over 21years of age with a full driving licence for at least 2 years (due to hire car restrictions)

  • You will be a very confident and organised individual who can manage their work and time effectively as well as that of others

  • Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Some managerial or leadership experience would be highly beneficial

  • Good administrative skills

  • You will have strong communication skills and will be comfortable in regularly presenting training material and instructions to others

  • You will be happy to be remotely based, with regular travel to customer sites all over the North of the UK

  • You will be independent and able to make your own decisions

  • You must be detail conscious and able to both analyse problems and find innovative solutions to them

  • Experience within the delivery of soft facilities management services (such as cleaning) would be highly beneficial

  • Experience in the recruitment and selection of cleaning staff or could be an advantage but not essential

  • Health and Safety in the workplace knowledge desirable
