The National Crime Agency is recruiting a Commercial Manager on a 12 months interim basis. This role falls inside IR35. As Commercial Manager, your main responsibilities would be: + Working closely with key stakeholders to assist with assuring the requirements gathering process + Development of commercial documentation including but not limited to the ITT Pack, Cost Model, TUPE approach, KPI / Service Credits Model, Evaluation documentation + Assistance with exit strategy of existing FM supplier + Using performance and spend data to analysis the contract and reporting requirements + Adherence to the GCF Sourcing Playbook and Cabinet Office Spend Controls + Ensure the activity supports delivery of NCA/Cabinet Office objectives and takes account of cross government initiatives, market developments and corporate social responsibility + Sharing good practice and knowledge across the wider Commercial team + Assist with other procurements and contract management activities where appropriate.

Candidate Description

You'll have relevant experience in: + Procurement of Facilities Management + An in-depth knowledge and understanding of procurement law and public procurement regulations + Hands on experience of cradle to grave procurement exercises including development of key procurement documents. + Excellent interpersonal skills/stakeholder management skills. + Excellent organisational and analytical skills. + Experience of undertaking FM procurement, including Frameworks. + Experience in working within Cabinet Office Spend Controls and the Sourcing Playbook. + Experience of e-sourcing tools (such as Jaggaer) and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
