Responsibility for the accounting, budget & reconciliation processes of a key client. Key Responsibilities Day to day running
Primary point of contact for client, dealing with queries and providing support
Working closely with colleagues to provide client with exceptional outcomes
Maintenance of tenant accounts on Tramps as requested by surveying team
To raise and send monthly/quarterly demands to tenants after seeking approval from the client
Produce a monthly download of invoices/credit raised and send to the client
Prepare quarterly client statements and send to the client
Prepare closing/opening tenant deposit requests for our Cash team
To run reports for the client on an adhoc basis
Coordination and resolution of funding issues across portfolio Budgets/ Reconciliations
Review the Service charge budgets & close Reconciliations
Distribute budget & Reconciliation packs once Surveyor has reviewed Controls
Preparing reconciliation of clients' funds and ensuring cash is paid over to clients in line with agreed procedures
Compliance with CBRE's ISAE3402 control standard, along with any Client required control frameworks
Good IT skills; particularly Excel.
Ideally knowledge in Tramps but training is available
Has experience with service charges would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Organised and can work to strict deadlines.
Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Can work on own initiative.
