Job Description

Responsibility for the accounting, budget & reconciliation processes of a key client. Key Responsibilities Day to day running

  • Primary point of contact for client, dealing with queries and providing support

  • Working closely with colleagues to provide client with exceptional outcomes

  • Maintenance of tenant accounts on Tramps as requested by surveying team

  • To raise and send monthly/quarterly demands to tenants after seeking approval from the client

  • Produce a monthly download of invoices/credit raised and send to the client

  • Prepare quarterly client statements and send to the client

  • Prepare closing/opening tenant deposit requests for our Cash team

  • To run reports for the client on an adhoc basis

  • Coordination and resolution of funding issues across portfolio Budgets/ Reconciliations

  • Review the Service charge budgets & close Reconciliations

  • Distribute budget & Reconciliation packs once Surveyor has reviewed Controls

  • Preparing reconciliation of clients' funds and ensuring cash is paid over to clients in line with agreed procedures

  • Compliance with CBRE's ISAE3402 control standard, along with any Client required control frameworks

Candidate Description

  • Good IT skills; particularly Excel.

  • Ideally knowledge in Tramps but training is available

  • Has experience with service charges would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided

  • Organised and can work to strict deadlines.

  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Can work on own initiative.

  • Problem Solving
