We are looking for a Car Park Operative who will focus on providing a tailored service to our guests and our team. Someone who will promote a helpful and professional image at all times! We want people who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction, to make them return time and time again.,
Meeting and greeting guests, delivering excellent service at all times.
Handling/managing Car park queries and issues.
Look after services including Mobility Hire.
Answering calls and dealing with queries and complaints.
Dealing with ticket enquiries.
Cleaning and maintenance of the car park.
Experienced in high end customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Pro-active can-do approach with a strong work ethic.
Experience with Microsoft Office; - word, excel, power point, teams and SharePoint.
First aid trained - Desired.
Customer Experience - Minimum of 1 year
