Job Description

  • Help identify improvements in the overall operational delivery model to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs and risks

  • Use historical data and information to analyse and improve the operation of the Team and improve strategic decision making

  • Develop trend analysts of existing costs and data to identity improvements in performance across the Account, use the data to continuously demonstrate performance enhancements

  • Develop a Benchmarking model to compare operational deliverables and Best Practices for all EMEA Offices, with the option of engaging with the Global teams

  • Build a working relationship with all Team Leaders and communicate at all levels with Team members/colleagues to share information in an easy to understand format

  • Create reports suitably formatted for review by executive management (both CBRE and Client)

  • Support/lead projects which leverage data reporting skillset, providing updates on progress and status to CBRE and client's leadership

  • Manage and coordinate selected projects/new initiatives - liaising with vendors, CBRE colleagues and client, as necessary Data reports

  • Facilitating several weekly/monthly reports across various systems; including onsite consumable stock management and permit generation

  • Maintain activity trackers, updating as required

  • Identifying opportunities to connect client's datasets to provide business insights and communicating these to CBRE management and client

  • Seek to continuously improve and develop current reporting scope Innovation

  • Interest in innovation, technology and systems is desirable

  • Provide supporting data and associated analysis (proof of concept) for new innovations/initiatives; for example, cost saving analysis, product price comparison, etc

  • Using data to influence and attain client budget for new initiatives; assisting with budget management, with both suppliers and client

  • Manage and coordinate selected projects/new initiatives - liaising with vendors, CBRE colleagues and client, as necessary

  • End-to-end management and accountability for assigned initiatives; including operational implementation and ongoing governance

  • Formulate formal client/stakeholder communications pertaining to assigned projects; providing regular, scheduled updates to client

Candidate Description

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Systems preferrable

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst preferable

  • Meticulous and accurate in approach, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), advanced proficiency in Excel
