We have an opportunity for a BIM Project Leader to plan, lead and manage all activities related to all BIM/CWD for the Public Health England project, with input into other projects delivered in the London and South East Region, to ensure that scope, price and programme for these activities is achieved.,

  • Manage BIM outsourcing in LSE Region including all BIM Operating Framework activities and events to achieve cost, resourcing, quality & programme objectives

  • Provide advice and guidance on all Work Winning activities

  • Work with the Senior Leadership within SES / BIM and input into and implement SES BIM strategy including linking into VR & Digital Engineering strategy

Candidate Description

We are looking for you to be a qualified BIM professional with solid knowledge BIM operations delivery, BIM project experience across multiple sectors. You will have BIM Level 2 certification & implementation knowledge ideally gained with a MEP environment. Revit & Fabrication Parts knowledge essential.

To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with the ability lead a team of external consultants and set strategy. You will have the ability to identify and set priorities, plan and effectively allocate appropriate resources and have attention to detail so that relevant issues are addressed and result in high-quality outcomes.
