Assist in the planning process for pre and post-contract work, delivering planning solutions across the business unit
Adhere to business operating framework guidelines and company programming, planning and progress reporting best practice procedures
Ensure proper integration of design and procurement and instigate and monitor performance measurement criteria throughout a project's lifecycle
Plan resource levels and work with the site team to procure the right supply chain
Keep records and maintain "as-built" programmes
We are looking for an Assistant Planner with experience of working on housing project. You will have a strong H&S focus and the ability to promote best practice.
To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels to develop and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
