Job Description

· Provide support across contracts within the Asset Care Team, particularly focused on the collection and verification's

· Help track and manage the asset collection data

· Assist with scheduling and appointment bookings for all internal and external surveyors

· Provide support regarding access issues which may occur during the various asset collection projects

· Support the finance function

· Provide ad-hoc support to other functions within the Asset Care Team where necessary and appropriate

· Learn functionality of the asset collection tool and any other relevant systems or bespoke tools (full training provided)

· Work within a small team, communicating on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met

Main duties

· Assist the project planning function to schedule, arrange access and help to overcome any issues surveyors encounter onsite

· Help gather and collate information to assist with the asset costs and proposals. This may involve internet research and the use of the Google maps measuring tool

· Keep track of asset collection data progress and escalate to management when issues arise or if there is a potential that deadlines will not be met

· Help track and gather PN/POs for management to provide monthly finance update

· Use the asset collection QA tool and reporting functionality to assist the Asset Care Team and support contracts after the initial collection

· Attend weekly calls to provide input for the asset collection update report

· Potential requirement to join mobilisation calls and provide assistance to the contracts team before and during commencement of asset collection projects

· Support with the creation and ongoing updates of data trackers across various projects

· Learn and use the project planner tool to assist with collections on existing Direct Audits clients

· At the request of senior management, undertake other duties which are considered reasonable and appropriate to the role,

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

    Information Security

  • Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;

  • Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

  • Report actual and suspected security incidents

Candidate Description

· Excellent IT skills

· Good communication with ability to work across various teams

· Confident supporting projects and providing updates on mobilisation calls where required

· Strong ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

· Strong skills in work and time management

· Good attention to detail

· Ability to work well without supervision

· Working knowledge of the Mitie asset collection process and upload to Maximo is desirable
