What will you be doing?
As the Analytics Manager you'll be covering ad-hoc reporting and strategic deep dive analysis improving the commercial performance of the Consumer business.
This role is about creating and using best in class insight to inform business strategy, making recommendations on next step actions.
This role will be responsible for analysis of the consumer base, channel performance, usage and revenue, to inform and recommend future actions to best serve customer satisfaction, value and retention.
Degree educated or equivalent experience
Track record of delivering customer insight from data
Good knowledge of SQL required with knowledge of other languages (Python /SAS/R beneficial)
Good knowledge of Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Ability to find strategic insights from data and present in a clear simple way to senior management
