Salary: Circa £28,000

We are currently seeking an administrator to provide support within the Vehicle Logistics Fleet department of our Acton site.

As a Fleet Administrator you will:
Coordinate repairs and service work, organising recovery and any incidents that require dealing with
Issue order numbers to authorise work with repair agents / organising of MOT’s, service schedules, fuel cards to clients       
Provide support for the Fleet Support Manager and general administrative by handling telephone calls, dealing with all client issues
Extract daily reports from the Fleet management system
Collect and process Work Instructions, procurement requisitions, invoices
Respond to queries from departmental heads and drivers regarding the provision of short to medium term vehicle rental   
Assist with all administrative activity across the department
The post holder will be expected to assist and cover all administrative roles within the department including customer-facing roles
The successful candidate will have:
At least GCSE or equivalent level of education is essential, with particular emphasis on English and mathematics 
Substantial Experience in office management/administration/ with good secretarial skills and experience
Excellent IT skills in software packages (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
Experience and ability to create spreadsheets, charts, presentation material and when designing forms.
Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally
Ability to communicate effectively and influence people at all levels across the organisation and outside
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
Good planning and organising skills
