Job Description

  • The primary functions of the Account Coordinator (AC) are to act as a facilitator, assisting the Alliance Director, Operations Director, and other senior managers with coordinating service line activities, the preparation & provision of key deliverables; key performance measurement, compliance with contractual provisions and client policies as well as communications and driving and implementing best practice tools on account.

  • The role will provide an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK team working for an established client in the financial services sector. This role will be based in London and the successful candidate will work with CBRE teams based in the UK, and CBRE's Global Business Services (GBS) offices in Warsaw. Key Responsibilities

  1. Admin/Co-ordination:
  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports

  • Coordinate and organise meetings when required

  • Reconcile and submit expense reports

  • Travel bookings

  • Raise purchase orders

  1. Compliance Support:
  • Build relationship with Client Supply team

  • Ensure agreed policies and processes are adhere to and the MI reporting to client is done in prescribed times

  • Work with CBRE internal compliance teams to ensure clients processes are adhere to

  • Manage inputs to client's compliance tool (FSQS)a

  • Support audit queries

  1. Operations:
  • Maintain Microsoft Teams Channel as well as Shared Drive

  • Build and update all templates based on any changes made from the client

  • Pull or create any reports required by account lead

  • Assist in handovers

  • Training or educating of new team members on all Client's and CBRE processes and tools

  1. Creation and ongoing management of account playbooks
  2. Assist the team with any ad hoc project support
  3. Provide general support as an when required

Candidate Description

  • General understanding of compliance and importance of adherence

  • Ability to constantly review and improve the process, standards and governance in place on the Client's Account

  • Team ethic - developing and enhancing client relations and relationships at CBRE

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required (in English)

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority

  • Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in order to meet client deadlines

  • Resilient personality - able to explain/debate points with Directors at Client's and CBRE

  • Operate within CBRE's and the client's behavioural and procedural guidelines, including the use of systems

  • Desirable, previous real estate experience (candidates with recognised real estate qualification will have distinct advantage)
