Purpose of the job: To provide exceptional service in the management of the Artizan Centre, Dumbarton and be responsible for supporting and managing all of the centre operations on a Monday to Friday basis. To provide clear and timely communication to JLL Facilities Manager on key issues that affect the business operation and service delivery. Ensure that the interests of Customers and retailers are fully protected at all times and conduct yourself accordingly, act as their representative. To deliver exceptional 'Retail Detail' and focus on the Customer Experience within the Centre. Job overview: Responsible for supporting the 'live' operation of the Shopping Centre that manages the essential functions of; + All common and public areas of the shopping centre. + The Artizan Centre emergency and evacuation procedures. + Personal time and attendance. + All Health & Safety aspects on site. + Reporting and management of Incidents that affect the Artizan Centre Operations. + Artizan Centre security and safety. + Providing a high standard of response to telephone, general and email enquiries. + Leading by example to deliver a proactive and customer focussed philosophy. Main Duties of the Role + Ensure all incidents are logged and directed effectively through to completion + Effectively communicate business issues to the JLL Facilities Management team. + Planning manpower provision within the VSG Control Room all annual leave. + Maintain the standards of the Artizan Centre for access/egress and contractor regulation. + Ensure standards of dress, safety and presentation are always maintained. + Complete timely and accurate reports on all security activities present to the JLL Facilities Manager. + Carryout Void Unit Inspections as well as complete Daily Safety Checks + Provide continued training and coaching to all relief staff to ensure consistent performance. + To be fully conversant with the methods of working of all equipment and to ensure that it is of a standard and quality commensurate with the requirements of the contract + Ensure that all relief staff have read and signed the Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments. + Ensure that all contractual requirements are properly fulfilled and if there is an issue or concern it is reported to the JLL Facilities Manager. + Handle all day to day enquiries which arise from whatever source in respect of the daily operation of the security of the centre and report to the JLL Facilities / Account Manager + Any other reasonable request from management or client. + To have an awareness of key performance indicators and service level agreements + To be available for additional hours as required due to the needs of the business/contractor access etc.
