Our Vodafone Partner stores are independent franchises that provide you with the opportunity to develop and contribute to a growing local business. Please note if your application is successful your personal details and application will be shared with our Franchise Partner. What will you be doing? We are searching for talented individuals to join us on Webchat within our growing team in our Vodafone Middlesbrough Partner store. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI's within our partner stores and increasing our digital presence. By interacting directly with customers through an online conversation platform, you will understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.
Who are we looking for? We need passionate team members who can help us capture the energy and initiative needed to deliver amazing customer service and sales each day. We are looking for people who are level headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. Commercial understanding and the ability to identify potential opportunities, as well as holding strong communication skills will be key to this role.
You must be able to work in a private and distraction free space where your laptop screen will not be visible to others due to Data Protection.
