To front line employees you are an approachable, experienced individual who can offer impartial advise on Company policies and procedures. To our management staff, you are providing proactive HR consultative services in areas of employee relations, talent management & recruitment.

This role supports the entire operations of UPS West London, Gatwick and Newhaven . Our employees work shifts from 07:00 - 21:00, and this role to provides appropriate support to each business unit, you will need to be flexible with the regular travel and working times. The role is 37.5 hours a week and the role holder manages their workload and diary independently to ensure the work is completed.

Key responsibilities include:

*Provides full HR support to local management and employees. This includes ownership of the entire recruitment process and guidance on all employment relations issues. You'll be expected to attend employee meetings, take notes, provide advice and write letters to employees.

*Maintain strict compliance standards during all processes, such as Disciplinary Hearings, Grievance Hearings and Sickness reviews, including the Right to Work Documentation Compliance while recruiting.

*Conduct audits in HR owned matters and provide feedback to the Centre Management team, to maintain high company standards

Candidate Description

*Full UK driving license and own car (expenses paid)

*Strong Employee Relations experience (Grievance and Disciplinary - all stages), including meeting attendance & letter writing

*Long Term Sickness case management experience

*High volume recruitment experience

*Process driven and ability to meet deadlines

*CIPD qualification or studying towards

*Up to date understanding of employment law and policies/procedures

*Self motivated, organised and able to accommodate varying working hours
