Job Description

You'll be responsible for managing the deployment of digital transformation across the UK Business. The role is focused on enabling all teams to better leverage technology and data to deliver enhanced client solutions and drive operational efficiency. You will lead a team that becomes the centre of excellence for the UK business. Deploying change and driving product adoption is central to this role whilst you work closely with technology partners to ensure the products being deployed deliver maximum user benefit.

The Team

You will form part of the UK Data & Digital Transformation team which serves as a link between the business and the technical teams. You'll have the exciting opportunity to build and manage a team that becomes a centre of excellence for data and digital transformation across the business. You and your team will work closely with digital teams embedded within major business lines to deliver the necessary change, connect dots across the business and ensure best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Change Management
  • Responsible for the roll out and adoption of technology applications across the UK business.

  • Create and own the change management programmes for a set of core strategic technologies that we plan to deploy to all teams in the business.

  • Ensure that ongoing support is provided so that adoption levels remain high and new product features are successful deployed.

  • Work closely with digital teams embedded within the major business lines as they support in the delivery of the change programmes. Provide support and guidance to them as they also deploy change programmes for team specific applications or processes.

  • Define and implement best standards and practices for change management across the business.

  1. Leadership
  • Build and manage a high preforming team that becomes the UK centre of excellence for data and digital transformation. The team will span the entire UK business and work closely with digital teams embedded within major business groups.

  • Form part of the core team that defines and delivers the data and digital strategy for CBRE UK.

  1. Data Governance
  • Work with UK Data Governance to embed strong data governance within all teams across the UK business and ensure we are properly managing our data in the available systems.
  1. Business Intelligence
  • As the strategy matures this role will be responsible for helping the business to drive better insight from its data for business development purposes and improved internal decision making.
  1. Process Optimisation and Automation
  • Develop a clear and robust strategic roadmap for UK-wide process optimisation and robotic process automation.

  • Work with business units in the upfront analysis and design phase, and then oversee implementation and maintenance.

Candidate Description

  • Proven track record in delivering change management and digital transformation programmes.

  • Ability to both set the strategy and execute with hands-on delivery.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Resilience, patience and persistence.

  • A desire to 'roll up the sleeves' and get the hands dirty.

  • An excellent team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude.

  • A self-motivated self-starter.

  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of executing on multiple projects simultaneously and working across multiple teams
