The Site Manager is responsible for managing all Toll Collcetion personnel and the day-to-day operational issues impacting on the contract, providing a central point of contact for service delivery development, performance, measurement and centralised reporting which fully demonstrates the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. How you will make an impact as a Site Manager: Toll collection. To be the first point of contact for the site and Toll Collection related queries. Allocation of resources in line with statutory and company standards. Ensure all staffing levels meet the agreed service level and that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure. Recruitment and succession planning through Securitas On-Boarding processes. Accurate rostering of all Toll Collectors ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and absences, ensuring 100% compliance to contractual hours, planning and staff management to minimise avoidable and non-chargeable costs. Ensure effective training is provided so employees carry out their roles to the required standard. Responsible for all assignment instructions/risk assessments and site documentation is current and in date and fully understood by deployed employees. Work to agreed practices relating to Health and Safety (SHE) and quality Management. Be a good team player and leader, capable of working independently and collaboratively with othersTo build, develop, lead and retain a team of Toll Collectors and Supervisors that believe and demonstrate through their work that Securitas is different from other Security Service providers through: Ensuring understanding and demonstrable implementation of the Securitas Values of Integrity; Vigilance and Helpfulness Promote and support the Securitas Career Development initiative.
