Job Description

  • Support Team in EMEA to better streamline projects and their digital requirements

  • Coordinate and manage device testing efforts globally (EMEA, APAC, India, AMER, Bay Area)

  • Own and manage the device testing process from initiation through to completion

  • Report and escalate risks & issues with device testing

  • Collaborate and work to streamline the testing process

  • Support internal training requirements on process/requirement awareness

  • Support operational teams on change management requirements

  • Engage and support multiple stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment

  • Act as PoC internally for process queries, requirements, and escalations

  • Ensure documentation relating to all aspects of the process is regularly reviewed & updated

  • Create reporting metrics and provide regular reporting

  • Manage third party regional testing vendors globally - accuracy and consistency

  • Industry Influence:

  • External stakeholder engagement

  • Build manufacturer relationships to drive repeat engagement

  • Regular communications and support

  • Ensuring customer requirements are communicated to the wider industry

  • Identifying testing efficiencies with manufacturers

  • Identifying opportunities with manufacturers

  • Report on key metrics to support influence and planning

Candidate Description

  • Strong Project Management & organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good understanding of Product Management

  • A passion for controls or the IoT ecosystem

  • IT background is preferred but not required
