To effectively supervise the day to day operation of the site's reactive and pre-planned maintenance via the team to ensure the safe, effective and efficient operation of the contract's mechanical, electrical, fabric and porterage services.,
Supervision of the team in accordance with CBRE Managed Services, procedures and policies.
Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant and Equipment and Services.
Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE Managed Services site logbooks.
Assisting with and participating in the call out system as a point of escalation.
Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and HV/LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear)
Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved via the clients CAFM system.
Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
Liaise with contract support and the Contract Manager on labour levels and holiday/absence and training cover.
First line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including Induction and signing off and actioning minor works listed on service report sheets in accordance with the Contract Manager by using the quotation system Webquote.
Utilising Help Desk and PPM systems to monitor staff's performance and ensure service delivery.
Responsible for a level of quality that will see the contract through to show case status within the CBRE business.
To build relationships with key stakeholders in conjunction with the Contract Lead to deliver a one stop shop for all their needs.

Experience in a similar role with the ability to demonstrate success
Experience in dealing with subcontractors and specialists.
Engineering qualification in a relevant subject (Mechanical/Electrical), HNC/City & Guilds or equivalent.
Be holding current relevant qualifications, 18th Edition etc.
Understands CAFM Helpdesk procedures and work flow.
Experience of maintaining a variety of plant both Mechanical and Electrical
Customer focussed approach with a high level of communication both verbal and written
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet contractual KPI's
Knowledge of Lighting control and BMS systems
Knowledge and experience in the testing of potable water systems and working within recognized guidelines (HSG274, L8).
On rare occasions, be available to work out of hours if required to manage high risk works. The following technical competencies are desirable:
Previous experience of working in a diverse service delivery team
Experience in the maintenance of split A/C units.
Experience in energy management
HV AP, Essential- A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English. Training - [Essential] Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, Legionella awareness trained, Mechanical/Electrical qualification, First Aid Experience- [Essential] 5 years' experience within building services 1-year experience in a supervisory role Competent working knowledge of front of house activities
