We pride ourselves on delivering high quality services, often supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society - and by joining us as a Senior Transformation Consultant for Customer Services, you'll ensure that we continue to deliver this incredibly important & vital work. Working as part of our Customer Solutions Team you'll collect, interpret and evaluate requirements to solve client issues. These issues are likely to be tactical with focus on one function. This will involve working typically under the direction of a Customer Solutions Snr Consultant or Project Manager, on a wider range of client problem across a variety of contracts. Key duties include: + Project Management - Create small scale project test plans/ work-stream plans using and adhering to accepted project management processes and disciplines; + Data Analysis & Evaluation - Work with internal and external development teams and the clients to design effective programming and software changes. Observe and identify all current and potential failures; + Process analysis - Analyse and document existing business processes and re-engineer processes to improve business performance. Document existing processes where necessary to support training of new employees and their development; + Data presentation - Design and deliver effective communications and presentations to middle management level for internal and external clients. Ensure data quality and consistency; + Data production - Provide testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation. Accurately log all technology developments. Produce reports & spreadsheets for internal and external clients, including test progress, defect management, stakeholder sign off and collateral development; + Facilitation - Design and facilitate workshops to gather requirements. Obtain information and data with teams and managers; The role is predominantly based at home however you will be required to travel (as required).
We are looking for a talented Technical Consultant who has a background in Contact Centres/Customer Services. You will have experience and knowledge of Project management methodologies e.g: 6 Sigma, Lean, Agile as well as customer experience methodologies (sser acceptance testing; process mapping). You will also have Technical specification understanding and ideally technical specification writing experience also. Fully flexible, you'll be able to work at pace in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities.
