Job Description

The Team Support's role is to provide comprehensive support to the Contracted Accounts business primarily covering Operational and Transformational project activities. The individual will be a key point of contact for the entire business to assist with team and specific project initiative. Other key areas of focus will be team communications, organisation of materials used by the business, training of the operational tools used within the business, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Support contracted accounts leadership on projects, including owning smaller discreet projects

  • Support in the creation and preparation of key presentation deliverables

  • Knowledge management including keeping Teams site up to date, organisation charts and team governance information (inc. templates / best practice, collation)

  • Support Contracted Accounts in its ambition to become a more data focussed business - data governance, completeness and quality

  • Send regular team communications, updates and reminders

  • Manage and maintain key datasets e.g. client lists, distributions lists, technology licenses, CRM tools

  • Assist with general office management e.g social events, travel, expenses and ad hoc tasks as required

  • Provide on- and off-boarding support, e.g. IT equipment, induction, training, distribution lists, lockers

  • Troubleshooting e.g. expense claims, license management, system access issues

  • Actively participate in a diverse and effective team

Candidate Description

Desired technical skills and experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;

  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in an administration or office management role;

  • Strong excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills will be an advantage; Desired interpersonal skills:
