Job Description

The main aspect of the job is to support the Head of Office's PA with workload and to provide administrative support across the office. The successful candidate will be supporting all departments, Agency, Valuation, Lease Consultancy, Property Management, and providing overall administrative support for the office. These tasks include amending and updating marketing particulars and typing documents for the Agency team. Providing general administration such as collating evidence, merging reports using Adobe Acrobat and binding reports for the Valuation team. General ad-hoc tasks for Property Management and Lease Consultancy. Overall, the candidate will provide a strong administration service to the office. A more rewarding aspect of the role is to assist our office's Charity Champion in planning events and maintaining the continuous support to the company's chosen charity, and to assist in maintaining the Southampton office's Environmental and Health & Safety Accreditations. This will involve organising contractor visits and maintaining relevant documentation. Within the Southampton office there are 24 fee earners, 1 Senior PA, and 1 PA. It is part of the Midlands & South Region which comprises of 2 other offices in Bristol, and Birmingham. The Southampton office is a friendly, social environment situated in a brilliant location within Ocean Village.,
