Swans International School, Marbella, are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Science Teacher to further enhance our dedicated and talented Science team of 6 members in a well resourced department that has achieved excellent results at both GCSE and IB in recent years. As a Teacher of Science you will be fully qualified to teach both the theoretical and practical aspects of science from KS3 to KS4, to foster enquiry based, independent learners. Successful applicants will have a proven track record of providing a stimulating learning environment that engages all students to reach their individual targets. The successful candidate will be able to facilitate the delivery of Science at Key Stage 3 and GCSE, specialising in Physics and Chemistry. Experience of teaching A Level or the IB Diploma would be an advantage., PGCE or equivalent qualification in Education with QTS in Science

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check

A full 5 year reference check,

  • Any degree.

  • B. Ed, PGCE or PGDE, iPGCE, UK Qualified Teacher Status or similar teaching qualification.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Should hold a valid passport from either Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom or United States.
