Working in collaboration with other members of the Talent Acquisition Senior team to ensure resource allocation within the team is shared against demand by team skillsets to deliver high-quality recruits. The Talent Acquisition Lead is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring recruitment best practice and legislation is adhered to by leading, coaching and developing direct reports within the TA team to meet objectives. Exercising sound judgement as a TA Lead to deliver excellent service to our candidates and Hiring Managers. Builds a strong understanding of current and future talent requirements, providing high quality market insights through a combination of networking, research, and knowledge sharing. Role Summary:

  • Objective setting, managing performance and workload for TA Partners and TA Sourcing specialists to ensure cover across all Business Lines as well as own area of responsibility

  • Accountable for all recruitment activity within given area, understanding Business Line requirements to deliver recruitment plans to hire key talent into critical roles

  • Takes an active role in developing, empowering, and retaining a high performing, highly engaged and motivated team to meet changing business requirements

  • Define, develop, plan & implement recruitment and attraction strategies including DE&I initiatives to drive talent engagement to attract and recruit the best talent into CBRE

  • Strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against business needs and priorities

  • Manages strategic, high profile, confidential and business critical roles

  • Ensures recruitment requirements are fulfilled building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates

  • Actively work with Talent Manager to understand internal talent pipeline and promote opportunities across CBRE Business Lines

  • Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles

  • Act a trusted advisor to the business, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors, and recruitment markets

  • Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented

  • Input and develop Workforce Plans against current and future hiring demands across areas of responsibility

  • Provides weekly and monthly TA activity reports

  • Consults with stakeholders on TA metrics providing relevant talent and market insights

  • Manage 3rd party TA suppliers

  • Ensuring reduced and effective external agency usage across Business Lines
