Stock Administrator – (Logistics Team) Shift: Monday – Thursday (6pm- 4am) An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Logistic Team in our Quarry Kitchen in the role of Material Variance Admin. In this exciting role you will be responsible for taking part in all other activities, plans and projects designed to positively impact all stock variances across all areas aligned with responsibility to ensure all our Customer vehicles are despatched with required paperwork. Key tasks will include: Directly responsible for completing customer ASN’s and invoicing data on Syspro Producing accurate despatch paperwork Directly responsible for the up-to-date posting of all production jobs in the kitchen Working with the Team Leaders to co-ordinate daily and weekly stock takes, producing variance reports, and investigating key discrepancies. Responsible for the accuracy of all stock data entry across the shift Co-ordinates variance improvements plans in conjunction with the Shift manager and the Logistics management team Takes part in all variance improvement initiatives Produces the daily and weekly variance KPI reports when required. Reconciliation of physical waste disposal with usages on Syspro, on a daily and weekly basis As well as a passion for good food and great attention for detail applicants must be computer literate and familiar with operating stock control systems. You’ll also need to demonstrate basic knowledge of food safety and previous experience of managing stock control systems would be beneficial. You should also be a confident communicator, a team player able to work across departments and able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines. Organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and a flexible approach to work are all essential parts of this role.
