As a Sr. Regional Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a key role in driving a step change in perception of AMZL by ensuring that we are supporting the right engagements and relationships of AMZL Operations Workers at the community/regional and business level and bringing the right proof points to shape the narrative that Amazon cares about how it impacts communities and acts as a good neighbor., · Work comfortably with ambiguity and enjoy developing and testing non-traditional methods to reach customers · Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shared roadmaps maximize our opportunity to reach the community with our story · Partner with internal teams to establish a local paid/social strategy leveraging existing content and/or identifying efficient ways to build new content · As part of new site launches, define, build, and launch a strategy for targeted paid media

As a Communications specialist, you will: · Partner with internal Marketing/Comms/PR teams on creating and amplifying AMZL branding in the Community · Source and write regional and hyper-local Community Engagement Impact Stories to share on internal and external channels · Develop and manage community- related communications (talking points, frequently asked questions). · Develop content that is on-brand and amplifies our North star and tenets (WIKI, All-Hands, team promo videos/blogs) · Develop and execute internal communications strategies, messages and tactics to engage both our AMZL Operations Workers and the communities where we work, At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth and we believe our neighbors are our customers. Candidate Description

· An ability to think strategically and execute methodically. · Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases. · High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. · Superior verbal and written communications skills. · Plan, develop, and execute compelling customer acquisition or engagement programs. · Work well with a wide array of internal and external partners.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience · Minimum of 5 years marketing and/or communications experience or equivalent community focused marketing experience · Ability to use hard data and metrics to measure the performance of online efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams · Experience leading communications programs in a multinational business. · Experience leading social media engagement programs/campaigns. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Understanding of both online and offline marketing strategy development and data-driven channel execution · Communications experience in media, Internet, technology, or community engagement · MBA or Master's degree · Advanced Excel
