Assists in the preparation of property financial packages.Adheres to Client Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP) to ensure internal and external reporting requirements are consistently met.Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves escalated issues related to AP functional area.Corresponds with internal/external clients as needed in establishing new system access and new database information.Assists with property or functional area accounting projects as requested.Actively participates in process improvement initiatives related to Financial Operations as a Subject Matter Expert.Provides training and guidance to new and existing Financial Operations team members.Provides support of functional area audits by researching and responding to specific requests for remediation.Processes A/P batch requests.Completes special processing requests such as running routine reports, issuing check copies, matching payments with invoices, obtaining signatures, and mailing, including overnight delivery requests.May review team metrics for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Expectations (SLE); may participate is setting SLAs and SLEs for functional team.
