An exciting opportunity to join a new team within the Securitas UK organisation focusing on combining our Protective Services to create solutions for our clients which mitigate their risks and meet the needs of their business.
This role will focus on Electronic Security but will work in conjunction with the operations teams to develop solutions which combine any mix of our Protective Services to accelerate the growth of the national Solution Business to support the UK targets.
On a national level, the Operational organization (Areas and Branches) are accountable across all business lines (including Electronic Security) for sales (farming and new sales) and operations.
A newly established Solutions organization, at country level, led by the Head of Solutions, is overall accountable for growing the Solutions business at country level, including the development, sales support and delivery of Solutions.
The Solution Sales Specialist reports to the Solutions Sales Manager and will work in close cooperation with Operations (Areas /Branches), the National Key Account Managers and Sales organisation and the Solution Design & Development and Solution Delivery teams.
How you will make an impact as a Solution Sales Specialist: Together with Area and Branch Managers create a target list of existing "high potential clients" within each branch and together with the branch manager agree and execute a strategy towards these accounts. Work side-by-side with the operational business units (Areas and Branches) and the commercial departments to cross and up-sell protective services to new and existing large to medium size clients through integrated solutions, increasing the level of technology into the overall protective services provided Contribute to the Commercial Action Plan of a Branch by identifying target clients for proactive solution sales to prospects and existing clients for defensive solution transformation Together with the Branch Manager, perform commercial client visits and solutions demonstrations. What you will bring to be a Solution Sales Specialist: Right to Work in the UK Provide a 5-year checkable employment history Full UK Driving Licence Solution/Consultative Sales experience Security related technology background (preferred) Experience in undertaking project costings and managing margins (preferred) Business Acumen & Commercial Awareness Excellent Communication & Negotiating Skills
Desirable Skills This individual will be expected to be a superuser of the Securitas CRM (Client Excellence Platform) tool and drive engagement in opportunities with colleagues by leveraging all appropriate functionality. This individual will be expected to utilise the Securitas Solutions Tool to identify client risks and propose appropriate mitigating measure which will drive the solutions business case to the client. Experience in sales/technical sales and managing sales projects in Electronic Security or related industry.
