Job Description

This role will focus on Electronic Security but will work in conjunction with the operations teams to develop solutions which combine any mix of our Protective Services to accelerate the growth of the national Solution Business to support the UK targets.

On a national level, the Operational organization (Areas and Branches) are accountable across all business lines (including Electronic Security) for sales (farming and new sales) and operations.

A newly established Solutions organization, at country level led by the Head of Solutions, is overall accountable for growing the Solutions business at country level, including the development, sales support and delivery of Solutions.

The Solution Delivery Manager reports to the Head of Solutions and will work in close cooperation with Operations (Areas /Branches), the Solution Sales team and the local partners for installation & maintenance.

How you will make an impact as a Solution Delivery Manager:

  • Manage a team of Solutions Delivery Specialists to ensure the successful delivery on all Solutions and align with our Client centricity strategy.

  • Develop and manage all delivery related reporting to the Head of Solutions and to the wider business to ensure everyone has visibility on the status and progress of all projects and related activities.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on budget with improvements made through value engineering where possible.

  • Support the Head of Solutions in ensuring all travel, annual leave, approvals, procurement, invoicing and any other centrally supported requirements are managed effectively within the team.

  • Liaise with the Solution Sales Manager to ensure collaboration and effective working practices between both teams resulting in positive client experiences when projects are being delivered.

  • Develop and implement the processes which enable smooth project deliveries with the inputs from various Securitas stakeholders, detail existing plans for a seamless delivery of the Solution.

  • Plan and organise project commissioning and acceptance by client, ensuring system functionality and customer satisfaction. Handover the project to the Solution Sales Specialist once the project implementation is reaching completion

  • Lead the review of completed projects, ensuring that learning points are captured and actioned in order to drive continuous improvement

    Partner Management

  • Whenever required (in cooperation with ES), perform screening and assessment of external partners for the installation & maintenance of integrated protective solution

  • End-to-end management of partners: from contractual arrangements to on-site work

  • Prepare and formalize service level agreements with internal (Electronic Security) and external Partners for the future servicing of the installed solution in coordination with other stakeholders (Solution Design Team, Solution Technical Sales Teams)

Candidate Description

What you will bring to be a Solution Delivery Manager:

  • 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects in Electronic Security or related industry.

  • Project Management Qualifications and proficient in using project management software

  • Technology oriented background

  • Experience in undertaking project costings and managing margins

  • Commercial business experience (for dealing with external partners)
