As an Engineer, you'll also be working in conjunction with like-minded engineering teams to deploy these new products and manage our infrastructure, associated processes and systems. It'll definitely help for you to be detail-oriented and a skilled problem solver, because you'll also be helping us to streamline our processes-and automating them where applicable., We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic engineer who has passion for DevOps technology. This engineer will help us in our way towards containerization and scalable architecture. You will be part of foundation team which is responsible for defining next generation DevOps pipeline, and developing sets of automated tools which can help our engineers develop code faster and easier. You will play a critical role in enabling innovation through continuous deployment across technology stacks and demonstrate best practices around advanced cloud solutions.

Candidate Description

· Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design · 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. · 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience · 4+ years professional experience in devOps in software development · Strong interest and ability in working with a broad range of technologies and working in a dynamic environment · Architect, monitor, and deploy large scale data systems and services on AWS · Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical partners., · A passion for book reading and reading community. · A passion for infrastructure, live services, and driving process improvements in the operational capabilities of an online system. · Have experience building highly scalable, consumer facing systems. · Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and DevOps tools. · Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud and/or operating solutions built on AWS · Experience working in fast-moving environments; the ability to alter course during the journey Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state and federal laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
