We have a new opportunity for a Site Secretary to join our Residential Business Unit in London, Havering. The main purpose of this role will be to provide efficient secretarial and administrative support for on one of our large sites.,

  • General administrative duties, managing emails and post, answering the phone, dealing with routine enquiries and receiving guests/visitors.

  • Co-ordinate and manage the diary of the team.

  • Taking minutes for meetings and distributing accordingly

  • Create and maintain information on systems, taking actions required and improving existing systems.

  • Maintain efficient filing systems.

  • Additional ad-hoc projects/activities as required.

    We are looking for you to already be an efficient and pro-active site based secretary with the experience required to achieve the above. You must be also comfortable with preparing draft correspondence on complex / technical matters for review.

    To be successful in the role you will have excellent attention to detail and be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach when supporting the business.
